Water

That is NOT some high quality H2O.

Had to dump #89 and #90. I believe it's because of the water quality when I brewed. I've had this problem before with August beers. I think it's the chloramine in the municipal water. It's happened a few years in a row now.

I brewed #91 with Kroger water (gallon jugs). Turned out fine.

Holy Hop Harvest, Mr. Hat!

2.5# wet Cascade hops picked today. Only picked about a third. Another third is too brown to pick. Gonna pick the last third soon.

UPDATE:
Dried = 8.75 oz Cascade.
Plus 0.75 oz mixed from the Girard Hopyard.

UPDATE #2:
Ended up with 1# Cascade from the Mosquito Hopyard.
